Home ยป no sex leads to less sex?

I forgot how to do it.

This reminds me of conversations I've had with my partner during or after periods in our life when, due to stress, work, or whatever, our sex life gets pushed back. After a week or two of not being sexual or even sensual with each other, a kind of shyness sets in, a nervousness or trepidation that makes it harder to get back together. It sounds ridiculous that people together as long as we have been, doing some of the outlandish things we've done, could become shy. But there it is. Intimacy isn't like riding a bike...you don't just get back on and ride. At least, I don't.
